At COMBAT MASTER, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected, and we're here to make the return process as straightforward as possible.
How to Initiate a Return

Order Cancellation and Modifications
Once an order, or any part of an order, has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations or modifications.

General Return Guidelines
COMBAT MASTER products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Approved returns will be issued either as store credit or a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
In instances where COMBAT MASTER has made an error in shipping an incorrect size or color, we will issue a full refund for the purchase, including all shipping and handling charges.
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- The item must be in its original tags and packaging.
- The item must be clean and free from damage.
Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For reasons of health and safety, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, even if new: undergarments, mouthguards, compression pants/shorts, and protective cups.
All returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of COMBAT MASTER. If you purchased your COMBAT MASTER product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for any return-related inquiries or issues.
Limited Edition Items
Limited Edition items are generally not eligible for returns. Size exchanges may be available for select Limited Edition styles at the buyer's expense and are subject to availability. Please note that most promotions, offers, and coupons are restricted from use with Limited Edition items. Furthermore, any Limited Edition items shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Right to Refuse Service
COMBAT MASTER reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion. We may, without prior notice, impose limitations on quantities purchased per individual, household, or order. Such restrictions may apply to orders associated with the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. Should an order be modified or canceled, we will attempt to notify the customer using the contact information (email, billing address, or phone number) provided at the time of purchase. Furthermore, we retain the right to restrict or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Manufacturing Defects
COMBAT MASTER products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Should you identify a potential manufacturing defect outside of this 30-day window, please submit a detailed inquiry to combatmas.com, including clear photographic or video evidence for our assessment. Typically, defective merchandise will be requested for return to our facility for comprehensive inspection.
